Attorney C. David Ward has been an attorney since 1975, focusing on family law since 1984, and helping thousands of clients.  In addition to divorce, he handles custody and visitation matters, child support, spousal support (alimony), adoption, prenuptial agreements, modification, legal separation, and related litigation.  Mr. Ward also works in consumer bankruptcy law and prepares wills.  He is admitted to practice in the state courts of Illinois.  With offices in Aurora and Oswego, Mr. Ward is a member of the Kane County and Illinois Bar Associations.

Mr. Ward earned his Juris Doctor from the John Marshall Law School, in 1975.  He also has Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees from Tulane University in New Orleans.
