Lawyer Overview
Joseph Lovelace has been an attorney since 1996. Mr. Lovelace has many years experience in consumer bankruptcy, divorce, paternity, orders of protection, real estate and general civil matters. He has been appointed by Circuit Court Judges as Guardian Ad Litem on matters for minor children in contested divorce cases.
Attorney Lovelace also defends clients in DUI, traffic and criminal cases with a portion of his practice reserved for litigation.
Mr. Lovelace is fluent in Spanish. With offices in Aurora, Oswego, West Chicago and Geneva Attorney Lovelace serves clients throughout Northern Illinois.
Mr. Lovelace earned his Juris Doctor from Depaul University College of Law in Chicago. He has a B.A. in History and Spanish from North Central College in Naperville, IL.
